What types of products does THREDS offer?
THREDS is to bring all fashion clothing customers at one place. We gave to rise to this idea after our founders struggled to shop by visiting multiple visits one after another to complete the outfit look.
What is the return policy for THREDS products?
THREDS has a 10-day return policy. Customers can request a return within 10 days of receiving their item, provided it is in the same condition as received, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How can I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, customers should contact us at info@threds.pk. Once the return is accepted, we will send you a courier rider to pickup your parcel. Make sure to pack it in a flyer safely.
Is there a shipping fee for orders at THREDS?
THREDS offers free shipping on all orders over Rs.3,000. For orders under this value, a shipping fee of Rs.350 will be applied.
What is the estimated delivery time for orders?
Delivery time for orders is typically between 4 to 7 working days. However, during busy shopping seasons or public holidays, delivery may take up to 8-10 working days.
Can I exchange an item at THREDS?
THREDS does not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original product and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
What should I do if my item is defective or damaged?
If an item is received defective or damaged, customers should contact us immediately upon receipt. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, certain items such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items cannot be returned. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. However, it may take additional time for the bank or credit card company to post the refund to the customer's account.
